Commissioner Usage:
What counts as 'personal use'?The following information applies to art that you have personally purchased from me as a commission.My definition of 'personal use' differs from what is commonly accepted. You are allowed to use my art on social media platforms if you are a SMALL COMPANY or INDIE. This means that you may use my art for streams or videos on monetized platforms such as YouTube or Twitch with no extra fees. This is acceptable because the art is not directly used to generate profits.Please ensure that you provide appropriate credit for my work. (Feel free to directly @ mention me in any posts you make; I don't mind receiving notifications.)However, there are restrictions. You are not permitted to alter my art for Twitch emotes or any type of subscription-based products. Selling my art on merchandise is also prohibited. In summary, DIRECT profit off of my art is not allowed, this is considered commercial use.For commercial use, please ask me for quoted prices- Depending on the usage, fees may range from 1.5x to 3x the base price. Commercial use refers to any instance where my art is directly used for profit, such as placing my art on merchandise. If you represent a BIG COMPANY, I also classify this as commercial use. If any of these guidelines are unclear, please don't hesitate to ask for clarification. I am happy to help!

I own all rights to the art that I create, and may use it for profit.*All commissions will be posted to my social media and may be used as various promotional material for me (headers, pfp, etc).Additionally, for future endeavors, I may consider compiling my art for a portfolio or art book to sell.(add +30% to the price to keep a commission completely private; I will not post your commission or use it for anything.)*(Owner of the character commissioned will be credited)

Commission Process:
Please direct yourself to my VGen page! You can select which kind of commission you would like there.I prefer having lots of refs and maybe a blurb to read about the character, but I can make do with whatever you have!Payment is upfront only.Commissions usually take around 1 month, but I can finish them faster or slower depending on my schedule. Feel free to DM me for updates. I do not accept deadlines.Max time for completion varies depending on the size of the commission. I will send WIPs (work in progresses) as I feel is necessary. Feel free to ask for more updates though, I do not mind, but just keep in mind that I am pretty slow so I will not always have something new to show.After I send the final drawing and you confirm everything is good, you will receive a lower and higher res drawing of the commission.Please only share the lower res version publicly.I do not give refunds unless I am unable to complete the commission.I appreciate forwardness, if there is something specific that you have in mind, please let me know!
